Terms of payment
For mailings abroad (outside Germany) payment by credit card or prepayment is required.

Credit Card
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa. If you prefer payment by credit card please state your credit card details such as the issuer of the card (Master, Visa, AmEx), the number of the card and its expiry date (valid until 03/12) when you place your order. The invoice amount will be charged by us on the day of shipping.

Prepayment
If you want to pay in advance we will inform you about the invoice total so that you may arrange payment with your bank. As soon as payment is received by us we will release your order. For any kind of remittance please use the following account.

Prices
All listed prices are gross prices, which comprise the German VAT (Value Added Tax).

For orders coming from within the European Union these gross prices will be applied, for orders coming from outside the European Union the German VAT will be deducted to show the net prices. Non EU customers will then have to pay the respective VAT of their country at the post office or at the customs.

Freight Costs
For all orders coming from within the European Union and exceeding EUR 100,00 in value, we will not charge any postage fee. For orders within the European Union below EUR 100,00, the freight cost is EUR 5,90. If you are a non EU citizen we kindly ask you to inquire for the freight charge that applies to your county.

Promotional Free Gift
On the first page of our catalogue you will find a choice of five fine promotional gifts from which you may choose one for any order exceeding EUR 150,00 in value.

Conversion Right
Should one of our products not meet your expectations you may return it to us within two weeks, provided that the product has not been used and the original packaging or label has not been removed.

Warranty
In case of damaged products, leaking waders and jackets or rod breakages please inform us and inquire for specific warranty regulations before you send the product to us. Of course we will take responsibility for warranty handling and will be anxious to resolve your problem as soon as possible.

Catalogue
You may want to order our wonderful fly fishing catalogue (260 pages), which can be done by phone, fax, e-mail or through our web shop. The contribution towards expenses is EUR 7,50. If you place a product order, we will enclose a copy for free. The catalogue can also be downloaded as PDF file on our web site; you will find the link at “Kataloge” – “Katalog Download”.

Please understand that the available number of discounted products is always limited so that it may not be in stock any more at the time you order. You will find a list with our special offers when you click the buttons “Sonderangebote” – “Sonderangebotsliste”.

International Fly Fishing Shows and Fly Tying Events
We arrange International Fly Fishing Shows on a regular basis, which take place several times a year both at our shop at Möhnesee and in Garching. We would be pleased to welcome you personally to one of our events, which are definitely worth a visit.
